A fun, cute and relaxing bouldering simulator. The game is very short, you can finish it in a couple of sessions. I liked the concept of the story progression, where you basically climb up a big tower in the middle of nowhere and experience the events in reverse order, as the tower used to be an island surrounded by the water where the water was slowly draining.
The controls take a little time to get used to, but fortunately the game is very forgiving when you fall down or make a mistake. The path forward is usually pretty clear making this an accessible experience for people that like exploratory games. It is a shame the game wasn’t the commercial success the company hoped for, as these type of exploratory zen-games such as Abzu, Journey, Flower and Firewatch are a breath of fresh air in the gaming age of high adrenaline, dopamine rushes and microtransactions.
