The Seven Minute Workout consists of 12 exercises performed for 30 seconds each, with 10 seconds of rest in between, all bodyweight no equipment needed.

Around 2015 I started taking health and fitness more seriously as part of my new self-help routine from Tony Robbins (often c critisised) Get the edge. The program explains the way exercise activates your body and sets you up for a good experience during the day.

Especially the idea of being able to fully control this first activity of the day, and getting the first feeling of achievement regardless of how things are going in your work was a very powerful change in my life.

The idea was to build a habit of moving your body the first thing you do in the morning, building up to a full Hour of Power, starting out with just 15 minutes where the 7 minutes workout fits right in (even when it is raining)
