A structure for building a daily habit that is completely controllable and sets you up for a better experience
a daily morning routine designed to prime your mind and body for peak performance. It generally includes:
- Breathing & Movement (5–10 mins): Energizing breathwork like “breath of fire” combined with light exercise (e.g. walking, rebounder).
- Gratitude & Visualization (10 mins): Thinking about things you’re grateful for, and visualizing goals as already accomplished.
- Affirmations & Incantations (5–10 mins): Repeating empowering phrases out loud with emotion and movement.
- Goal Focus (5–10 mins): Reviewing and visualizing your top goals and the steps to achieve them.
The idea is to take as little as 15 minutes, or as long as an hour, to get into a peak state each day.
