Yesterday I was invited to join Yes! We Connect and Appical at the Onboarding Amsterdam conference. I learned about the latest and greatest tools and techniques for modern onboarding, improving employee well-being and retention.
Lifely has the privilege of supporting Yes! We Connect with the design and development of their onboarding software platform. It was inspiring to see both their team, the enrollment quiz, the printed badges including information from the enrollment quiz and the “match machines” live in action at the event. The audience visibly enjoyed making a human connection facilitated by this technology.
