Last week, the @gemeente Amsterdam organised the Feedback Hackathon, inviting designers and developers to investigate ways of using leveraging (ai) technology to improve the feedback cycle for government information sites.
The team that @martijn Schouten participated in created a feedback module using a Large Language Model to find related resources and collect details on the information that was missing on the page.
