Knowledge transfer is an important part of our “Solve For Good” mindset. We try to think ahead and find out what the appropriate methods are to become self sufficient, whether you are building a your own team or learning the leadership chops to guide an external team properly.

I was recently asked to make these ways of knowledge transfer more concrete, so I wrote some of these methods up in our handbook for anyone to review and use: Knowledge Transfer Sessions, Development Team Mentoring, Co-Development Sprints and Product Usage Onboarding.

Do you use methods that are missing here? I’d love to learn and complete the list 💪🚀
